Shirt were great but, I ordered a JT Blueprint Data Plate Decal, but unfortunately, I received a TJ data plate instead. Despite trying to reach them via email twice, I haven’t received a response. I even checked my spam folder, but there was no reply. Calling them is pointless because they don’t answer. I just want the correct item that I ordered!!
Hi Amy this is Ben, the owner. I apologize for fulfillment sending the wrong decal, we actually already sent the replacement decal upon receiving your email and you should receive it any day now. I am the main source of contact and customer service here but sometimes traveling to shows and managing business operations means I sometimes forget to reply to emails or I am not present when the office phone rings. I apologize for that, I do my best to maintain quality service but rarely does something like this slip between the cracks.
I love the t-shirts that i have bought i own a jeep JT and jeep JL and jeep XJ. I have one of each shirt, people always ask me about the shirt especially the xj shirt
